Surrogacy by Country

Surrogacy in Mexico is only legalized in Tabasco and Sinaloa. Only Mexican citizens can access this reproductive method.

Panama does not have a law that regulates surrogacy, that means, it is neither prohibited nor approved either. This means that Panama is not a recommended destination for foreign intended parents.

In Brazil, surrogacy is not regulated by law, although the Federal Council of Medicine establishes a series of requirements to carry it out.
